First, they've removed all Covid data from CDC effectively cutting them out. All data is now to be sent directly to the White House if I recall correctly. The corrupt, can't do anything, White House run by this administration.

My guess is he's going to award some private company the rights to do contact tracing, etc regarding Covid. A kickback for some rich friend of his.
Slowly they are cutting and removing all government programs in favor of big business. It just isn't going to work. We the people can not afford big business, we deserve a government that cares of us and puts US first. Nevermind, if they are allowed to continue in the direction they are going there won't be any "us" left. What they don't realize is that they need us to do their minion work. Idiots they all are.
